StayIn Cancellation Policy
Last Update 05-02-2026At StayIn, we do our best to ensure your booking and stay go smoothly. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1. Cancellation by the Guest
Ede & Amersfoort locations:
- More than 5 days before arrival: full refund
- 5 days or less before arrival: no refund
Cottage Lunteren:
- More than 14 days before arrival: full refund
- 14 days or less before arrival: no refund
2. Cancellation by the Host
In the unlikely event that the host must cancel your booking, you will receive:
- A full refund of the rental amount
- Assistance in arranging alternative accommodation, if possible
3. No-Show
If the guest does not arrive on the agreed check-in date without prior notice, the full rental amount will be charged.
4. Additional Information
Tourist tax is not included in the rental amount and must be paid separately, as indicated in your booking confirmation.
